 Warranty & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Mad Click. In order to us to offer the best customer satisfaction, we would like to help in the following ways:
Money-back guarantee for first 10 days if:
  • Goods are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own
  • Goods are supplied incorrectly
  • Goods vary from their description
(Please note 20% restocking fee may apply)
When returning your item/s, please have with you the original receipt. Goods must be returned to store with all original accessories that were included with the item/s and, preferably, in their original packaging.
Here at Mad Click we offer a trade-up on previously purchased item/s.
To be Eligible
  • Trade up can only be redeemed 2 years after item was purchase
  • Previous Item/s needs to be in working condition (Fully Functional)
  • Trade up can only be redeemed on product that cost over and above price of previous purchase
The cost of the previous purchase will be deducted off the new purchase price


Products that are faulty within the warranty period

If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, Mad Click will repair or replace your product
In order to repair, or replace your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty.

Testing fees

If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee.
This Returns Policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent New Zealand legislation.
